LASHBABE COMPAGNY reserves the right to refund you if this condition is not met. Terms of delivery
We will process your order without undue delay and on the delivery date confirmed by us or, if no delivery date is specified, within 30 days of acceptance of your order. The delivery will be made to the delivery address indicated during your order
we will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage you may suffer by any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery
You may be asked for a signature upon delivery of your order. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, please refuse delivery. If you do not have the opportunity to check the contents of the delivery, be sure to sign for the “uncontrolled” package
If the recipient refuses to accept the package, the refund of the order in question will be made after receipt by the sender. The delivery costs are not refundable.

In case of non-receipt, we cannot be held responsible
In the case of a delivery against signature we will accompany you to make a complaint to the customer service of the carrier.
Attention: No compensation will be granted in case of delay in delivery due to reasons beyond the responsibility of the seller.
For example: natural disaster, pandemic, health crisis, labor unrest or delivery delays related to the carrier
All orders placed before 12:00 pm will be shipped the same day. Beyond that, your order will be shipped the next day. Orders placed with “in stock” items will only be shipped when the product is available. For any emergency please contact us by phone so that we can make the necessary arrangements.
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form and only on the geographical zones that we serve. All products leave our premises in perfect condition.
The customer can report to the carrier (or letter carrier) the slightest trace of shock (Holes, traces of crushing etc. ..) on the package, and if necessary to refuse the package. A new identical product will then be returned to you free of charge.
The consumer is invited to confirm this anomaly by sending us an email, or by phone in order to take care of his claim within three days (3). As with any shipment, it is possible to experience a delay or for the product to go astray. In such a case, we contact the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort is made, as long as necessary, to find this package. If necessary, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and will deliver a new identical package at his expense.
In case of delivery at home or in a relay point, we encourage you to refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) and report the refusal to the Customer Service of the Seller by email to: contact@velvet-extension.fr, any order accepted despite the damaged package without proof of repackaging or reservation from the carrier or by the transport services, will not be able to be the subject of a claim, you are therefore responsible if you accept the package despite everything.
DELIVERY PROBLEM DUE TO THE CARRIER
Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken products…) We advise you to inform us by email in order to take care of your claim in the best conditions. The consumer can at the same time confirm this anomaly by sending to the carrier within (2) two working days following the date of delivery a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt stating the said claims. (except if the carrier cannot justify having given the consumer the opportunity to verify the good condition of the goods delivered, in which case this period is extended to 10 days) The consumer can send a copy of this letter to our address.
Any parcel being the object of investigations near the conveyor will not be able to be the subject of a refunding, only a credit note will be proposed at the conclusion of these investigations
Distributed delivery
Any order indicated as “distributed” will not be eligible for return or refund.
Standard packages without signature can be deposited in the mailbox, the customer agrees that this option is possible.
Deliveries against signature have a delivery guarantee.
However, an investigation may be made with the carrier. Remember to use the delivery method with signature.
Order and claim
Every order sent by our services is taken in charge by an order preparer and is then VERIFIED by another person in order to guarantee your satisfaction and the assurance of a complete order. Your order form must be kept for any claim. No order is delivered without a purchase order.
Any product opened or used as well as paper document will not be able to be the object of a return, nor of a refunding. All dematerialized products, (training for example) and pre-established kits will not be refundable or exchangeable, as indicated in the article sheets of the latter.
All complaints must be made to the customer service within 14 days after receipt of the order accompanied by photos / videos of the items and packaging of the package, and the invoice.
All validated orders cannot be modified. In case of error it will be necessary to return the item(s) to obtain a credit note only (return costs not covered)
No credit, exchange or commercial gesture can be made beyond that.
Delivery error
The consumer may make to LASHBABE COMPAGNY as soon as possible, inform us of any claim of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of products in kind or in quality compared to the indications on the order form.
The formulation of this claim to LASHBABE COMPAGNY can be made at customer-lashbabe@hotmail.com or via the contact form. In case of error of delivery or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to LASHBABE COMPAGNY as a whole and in its original packaging in perfect condition to the ADDRESS of LASHBABE COMPAGNY. To be accepted, any return must be reported and have the prior agreement of LASHBABE COMPAGNY which in case of agreement will resend the package to the right address. The shipping costs are borne by LASHBABE COMPAGNY, except in the case where the product does not correspond to the original declaration made by the consumer in the return form.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies only to natural persons. LASHBABE COMPAGNY is an online store dedicated to professionals, the right of withdrawal can not apply.

Legal warranties for hidden defects
In accordance with the legal texts in force, the Seller guarantees the Buyer against all the consequences of the hidden defects of the sold thing. The Buyer is expressly informed that the Seller is not the producer of the products presented in the sense of the law n°98-389 of May 19, 1998 relating to the responsibility for defective products. The Seller is responsible for the defects of conformity of the sold products under the conditions of articles L. 217-4 and following of the code of the consumption and the hidden defects of the sold thing under the conditions envisaged in articles 1641 and following of the civil code. The Seller guaranteeing compliance is the company LASHBABE COMPAGNY By contracting with you as a consumer, each contract is subject to your cancellation rights as specified in this clause.
In the event that you change your mind and wish to cancel your order and receive a refund
Contact us as soon as possible and return the products to us:
- within 14 days of receipt for Europe and France
- Within 30 days for the United States
- Within 14 days for England
Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund) and that the products are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
The cancellation period expires after the day on which you (or anyone designated by you) have received the last of the products;

Some banks charge fees for sending payments abroad in their own currency. Unfortunately, LASHBABE COMPAGNY has no control over these fees as they are ordinary bank fees charged by the sender’s bank. Please note that in case of refund, we can only refund the amount received for the products and not the bank charges.
In the event that the order is lost, please wait 30 days before declaring it lost and requesting a refund. We ship orders by Colissimo, Chronopost and Fedex who have informed us that sometimes delivery can take as long as that. We will be able to proceed with the refund if this period is exceeded.

If you cancel within the above time frame, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refund policy, provided that you comply with all other applicable terms and conditions.
The Buyer has a withdrawal period (see above) from the receipt of his order and 14 days to return it, after this period, no return can be taken into account and the cost of returning the goods will be charged to the customer. The customer will have to make expressly the request by email to customer-lashbabe@hotmail.com so that our service transmits to him a form of retraction to be printed and filled.
All returns must be made with tracking and in appropriate packaging so that the product arrives in new condition.
Any product arriving broken, soiled or used will not be returned or exchanged.
Any dematerialized product, glue, kit and training pack will not be refunded.
PRODUCT TAKE-BACK
The products must not have been opened or used, even in order to test them, the cover must be intact and if blistered, it must not be removed.
Any product that has been damaged, or whose original packaging has deteriorated, will not be refunded or exchanged. cosmetic products such as eyelash extension glues without lids or blisters cannot be returned.
We refuse to accept returns of liquid cosmetic products for eyelash extensions. In the case of cosmetic products, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal by Article R121.1 of the Commercial Code goods can not be returned for reasons of hygiene.
We remind you that each product is tested before being put on sale by professionals, the results may vary from one person to another depending on his experience and knowledge.
Rights of use
The use of trademarks and photos on the site is strictly forbidden.
Property reserve
The Products are at your risk from the time you (or anyone designated by you) receive the Products. Ownership of the Products will not pass to you until we have received full payment of all sums due in respect of the Products, including delivery charges.

Force majeure
Attention: No compensation will be granted in case of delay in delivery due to reasons beyond the responsibility of the seller.
For example: natural disaster, pandemic, health crisis, social movement or delivery delay linked to the carrier .
Neither party shall have failed to perform its contractual obligations to the extent that their performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by force majeure. Will be considered as a case of force majeure any irresistible fact or circumstance, external to the parties, unforeseeable, unavoidable, independent of the will of the parties and which could not be prevented by the latter, despite all reasonably possible efforts.
The party affected by such circumstances shall notify the other within ten business days of becoming aware of such circumstances.
The two parties will then meet, within a period of three months, except in the event of force majeure, to examine the impact of the event and agree on the conditions under which the performance of the contract will be continued. If the case of force majeure lasts longer than one month, these terms and conditions may be terminated by the injured party.
No partial validation
If one or more stipulations of the present general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such in application of a law, a regulation or following a definitive decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will keep all their force and their scope.
No waiver
The fact that one of the parties does not avail itself of a breach by the other party of any of the obligations referred to in these general terms and conditions of sale shall not be interpreted for the future as a claim to the obligation in question.
Protection of personal data
All the data you give us are for the purpose of processing your orders.
Under Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms, you have with LASHBABE a right of rectification, consultation, modification and deletion of data that you have provided us. This right can also be exercised online.

In case of sale to a legal person, any dispute relating to the sale (price, GTC, products, …) will be subject to French law before the Commercial Court of the headquarters of LASH-BABE.
Refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements
No right of withdrawal for products that have been unsealed by the Buyer after delivery or that have been viewed for dematerialized products as well as those that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and health protection. (Training pack, training booklets…)
No refunds will be given. After agreement of the management, returns can be accepted and will be the object of a discount by credit.
Any package not received in a relay point in time is returned to us, if it arrives in a damaged state we discharge ourselves from any responsibility and will not be able to refund the latter.

Any item returned can be refunded, or exchanged for another item.
Please note that if you receive a defective item, it is imperative that you contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible, within a maximum of 5 days of receiving the item.

LASHBABE COMPAGNY will not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the selection of a delivery service. No refunds will be made until the item(s) have been received by our staff. We advise you to opt for a parcel tracking.
REIMBURSEMENTS
Refunds can be made on any item returned within the time limit after ordering, after the item has been checked by our team. Please note that we will not issue refunds on items that are returned damaged or have been opened/used.
Refunds will be issued only after our Distribution Center team receives the returned items, and may take up to 10 business days to appear in the recipient’s account, depending on the recipient’s bank.
When a product is returned for a refund, please note that the shipping cost of the original order is not included in the refund.
EXCHANGE
If you wish to exchange an item, the standard return policy applies.
In the event that an exchanged item costs less than the original, Velvet extension will refund the difference or offer a credit note in the amount of the difference.
If an exchanged item costs more than the original item, Velvet extension reserves the right to request payment of the additional amount. This will be done on a case by case basis and at the discretion of the LASHBABE team.
REPLACEMENTS
In the event that an item breaks or does not function properly during its warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will be happy to help you and correct this problem.
In the event that a product eligible for replacement is no longer in stock, we will offer you a reasonable alternative.
